We consider our appointments to be a bond of trust that we will be ready for you. When a situation occurs that will cause us to run late, we will make every effort to contact you (this does not happen often). Because your time is reserved exclusively for you, we also expect that that you will be here at your appointed time. We do understand that life today is complicated and we will do everything we can to accommodate your schedule.
